3 trips and still can not fix everything that should've been fixed the 1st time. Very disappointed. It's like no one checks the work that is done.
My daughter bought a car, nothing but issues in less than two months it's in for the same issue 3 times. She watched a YouTube video and told them it's the fuel pump. The 1st two times they did nothing because it sat a few days and started up. they finally fixed it. She is still under warranty but she has to get it towed there and guy said no charge only for her to get there and they want 60 bucks. Manager is gone for the day and she refused to leave until they got a supervisor. Not great service at all
Had an appointment for 3/28/2024 so I dropped my car off to be inspected and fixed. As I'm telling g the mechanic what the issue is he's not paying attention to me I could tell but he pretends he is but isn't writing anything down. He tells me I could expect my car back by the following week. I get a call the following Monday telling me that my Turbo was fine. But that was not the issue with the car nor the issue I reported and so I explained the issue again to the mechanic over the phone. After they finally found the issue I'm told that it will be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday cones and goes so I give them more time I call that Friday which would have been a week later and they tell they have everything ready the next Monday. Here is Monday I call to get an update first I get put on hold after I tell him I was told it would be ready today and this was the second date given then he comes back to the phone telling me he's the only person there that he needs to call me back and here it is only 1 hour and 25 minutes till they close and still no call back. Wouldn't shop here again. Or recommend it to anyone.
I am very upset that my car has been in the shop almost every month since October, however, I do appreciate Ryan’s support. I don’t know about cars and why I keep needing repairs that are hinder of dollars in a short amount of time, but when I get my bill he has been great about working with cnac to help me get a payment plan. Thank you so much .
