Fixed the repairs and some!
I have gone here a few times for vehicle repair, I am shocked that after going here periodically that they actually had no idea what they were doing. They tried to say my vehicle was beyond repair because the frame was shot that they wouldn't even hoist it, come to find out they were looking under my doors! Not the frame itself! My rust was nowhere near the frame, my frame is in good condition. I had went elsewhere for my repairs and they successfully fixed my vehicle with no issue! And for f &f to charge me a grand just for brakes! Was extreme! I will never go here again! I don't recommend this place to anyone honestly. Sorry guys

Apr 24, 2024Thank you for bringing this to our attention Lana. I understand your frustration with the service. I personally inspected the frame on your truck. The rot I found was on the INSIDE frame rails under the passenger compartment. This was clearly not communicated correctly to you by us. Frame rot in the area such as yours poses a safety concern when lifting vehicles by the frame. This can (and has) caused frames to bend thereby rendering trucks un-drivable. I had also recommended that no work to be done till the frame was repaired(possibly). To my knowledge this was explained to you prior to any repairs to the brakes. I would rather err on the side of caution, than put the safety of our staff in jeopardy while having 4500 pounds directly above us. Have a good day!
Half way through our 500 mile trip our SUV begun to act up. Found F and F via internet. They found a way to get us in at 4pm and back on the road that evening. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend this service center.

Friendly workers even though they were very very busy
Amazing service overall. They are honest and work hard to answer any and all questions asked of them. Would recommend time and time again. I will be going back for all of my future needs.
