Jake and the rest of the guys did a great job on some recall work on my F-150. Another recall issue was found when the truck was on the lift and it required a few days of being grounded. Jake kept me in the loop as I was waiting, and set me up with a loaner while Ford mailed the parts. He kept me posted throughout the week and they ended up knocking out the second recall in less than a week. They even snuck in a standard service and tire rotation. Thanks again to everyone!
The sales team and service department are very attentive to what I want. I'm very happy that I bought my 2022 Maverick Truck from them. I highly recommend Middleton Ford.
These guys were great over the course of the last week of adventures with my car. In particular, Jake was the model of excellence in how he navigated things. Long and short, my transmission went out in my nearly 8-year-old Ford Focus. Before I needed to ask, he had the team look at every millimeter of my car to determine what other big ticket work might be lurking around the corner. When he called with the initial details about the transmission, he laid out all the information the service team had found. He could have easily just addressed the transmission (read: taken my money) without regard to my overall automotive and financial needs. I’ll definitely be trusting him either the future maintenance needs of my New-to-me Ford. Thanks Jake! Someone give that man a pay raise!!
Scheduled two appointments, one quick lube and other recalls, for the same day. The person from service side said they didn’t have the appointment even though I received a reminder email two days ago. Then proceeds to put blame on me saying that it says to call to schedule recalls and booking online does t work right. I would have called if it said something. I went back a checked for the heck of it and nowhere does it say call. Frustrating and waste of time. Extra star for quick lane or else it was 1.
Don’t come to Middleton Ford service center unless you plan on taking the entire day off of work to spend in the waiting room. It took 2 hours to diagnose a problem and another 4 to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous! With no communication along the way.
