Needed a new power steering pump but most garages are full for weeks got squeezed in at north side auto dropped off at 8am picked up by 1pm super fast and great service
Was always there to help repair something quick. If they didn't have it it never took them long to get it. Always good work and where always really nice.
Absolutely amazing service, and rates…. Logan is top notch! Small shop, but comes with amazing, and honest work…. Can’t thank him enough for the service on my car! Will definitely be back!
Amazing service. Called on a Friday afternoon with a dying alternator. Got a firm confirmation of same day service on a Monday. Got it delivered back to me same day. Such exceptional service and care. Worth every penny. TRUST THIS PLACE.

Had my battery light come on while driving on the interstate, pulled off at the first exit available and made it to O'Reilly's where they tested the batteries and alternator. The alternator failed and so I called Northside Auto hoping (fingers crossed!!) they could do an emergency alternator repair. Thankfully, they could but just as I was getting into the truck to drive there, it died. Northside Auto came to me and jumped my truck enough to be able to drive it to their shop, where they quickly got the repair done for me. I appreciate their above and beyond help so much!!! I was traveling with my elderly parents and their kindness and skill definitely helped me make the best of the situation I was handed. Thank you so very much!!!!
