Yet another great experience at Sommer's Subaru! This was my second service visit and it was first class just like every other touch point I have had with the staff at Sommer's.
Have been a customer for over 20 yrs. I initially had my company car serviced there starting back in the mid nineties. I had also frequently worked with Jerry(mgr) and Scott(asst mgr)in their body shop servicing our mutual customers needs. Quality of workmanship has always been a hallmark of this family owned dealership. I currently lease an 2020 Outback and had previously leased a 17' Forester. Both vehicles have been excellent without any significant issues. The Service Dept. is efficient, prompt and professional. They do not oversell. One of the best dealerships in SE Wisconsin.
I was very satisfied with my visit.
Somers gave me a rain check on the car wash because it was raining that day, so I'll be able to get the car washed on the day of my choice sometime in the near future.
