Never again will I take a vehicle to freistadt auto! After having my work truck for 2 days, I was unable to work during those days, they have no answers on the secondary issue and haven’t even looked at the main issue it was brought in for! They claim to have had it in the shop to diagnose yet when I went by today, it was not even inside the shop anymore. Which tells me they pulled it out to work on someone else’s vehicle. Will never take a vehicle there again, nor will recommend them to anybody. Sad part is they were recommended by another very trusted technician and shop due to the ability to lift my work truck safely. Plus the guy that answers the phone had nothing but attitude in his voice
It's my trusted shop, it took a while to find a mechanic I could trust and I will only take my vehicles here.
