I woke up this morning with a screw in my tire. Called every local place in Mequon and Thiensville. Nobody was willing to help. Gierach's told me they would be happy to help me with my flat tire - in August. It's June 21st. I called Jim just before they were closing, explained my situation, told him I lived right down the road from them, and he said come over. They fixed it for me immediately. I could not be more appreciative of what their staff did on such short notice. Very kind, very professional, very worthy of your trust. I wish I could leave ten 5-star reviews for them.
Was just turning around there recently, but was there 18-24 months ago for wheel noise check. Covered under warranty; so, they had me go to a Ford Dealer. Less than an hour, ? 40 dollars for them looking up warranty after taking car apart. Don't expect something for nothing, but you can expect reasonable rates for time & material. My dad gets his oil changed there routinely & accompanied me picking up my vehicle.
Great local shop, I've been using them for a while now, one of the few places that seem to care about helping ordinary folk keep their vehicles running over making a quick buck.
They are very reasonable and helpful. They are very well versed with mechanics. They treat you as a person and have the knowledge to break it down so you know everything you need to make a decision.
