I went to get my oil changed and they literally put an extra liter of oil in my car. Which is a car breaking amount. As a female do not recommend going here unless you want your car to be broken.

Very upset about my experience here Monday May 20, 2024, I had an appointment at 4:30pm got there at 4 pm and waited for TWO hours for an oil change. Two hours with an appointment scheduled, and I asked the assistant manager Keaton Lockett why did it take so long for just an oil change and his response was they were doing something else and said sorry it took long mean while it was not busy for it to take two hours... What kind of customer service is that.

I'm very pleased with the quality of work along with the professionalism and friendliness of the employees. Keaton and Jonathan are managers who care about their customers and want to help them drive safe vehicles while also trying to save them money. I had a couple bigger jobs done recently and both times they made sure that I got every discount available, even lowering labor when a job took longer than anticipated. DJ, the head service tech, is a nice guy and helpful, not just telling me what the issue was but actually showing it to me to help educate the customer. I hadn't had that level of service and customer care from a shop in years and I truly appreciate it.

Jon Taylor fixed my car today and he did such an amazing job. I needed a new muffler and he fixed my car and made it sound brand new.
