Friendly and courteous staff. Work seems to be done well. Staff updated me with progress. The loaner vehicle was comparable to my vehicle.

I had a great experience at Ball Body Shop. I came in with scrapes on the side of my car. Rebecca was so kind and buffed it out for me as much as she could, and painted over it so it wouldn't rust - all on the spot and completely free of charge!! Thank you!!!

Someone backed into my vehicle and damaged my front bumper and grill. The insurance company chose ball body shop. After leaving my vehicle there for 3 weeks they called and said my vehicle was fixed. Here’s where ball body shop failed. 1. My car was parked in the lot. I never run my gas tank low. The gas tank was almost empty. It was run there close to empty. 2. Before I could start my car, the battery was dead. If they knew my battery was low, why didn’t they charge it before I got there? It sat outside in below zero temps for two weeks. 3. After they put a charger on my battery, waiting 30 minutes my vehicle started, but was very low on gas. Then it ran out of gas. The person at the front desk said she had a gas can and there was a gas station 1/4 mile down the road. Suddenly someone else realized they needed to go get some gas for my vehicle. They never showed me the repair they made. Why didn’t they bring my vehicle inside before I got there to check it out. Start it up. Make sure it works. And show me the work they did. -Ran my vehicle out of gas. -Let the battery die and didn’t charge it before I was told it was ready. -Suggested I grab an empty gas can and walk 1/2 mile to gas up my vehicle. -Never showed me the repairs they made. Definitely in need of some serious customer service training because it’s clear customer service is not an area they are good at. I felt sorry for them. They had no idea they totally failed.

On the plus side...the body repair looks like new. It isn't cheap, but it seems like no body shop is. On the negative side...communication was poor. Not just between us and Ball, but also between Ball and Smart Toyota. Very frustrating and confusing. But it all ended up okay.

I needed to replace my driver side mirror after an encounter with a deer and had purchased a replacement. The impact from the deer had puckered the metal to which the mirror was attached. I wanted to see if any additional damage was done so brought it for an estimate at Ball Body Shop's convenient drive up. The estimator, Cim, looked everything over and we concluded the mirror was all that was needed. It was dangerous to drive without the mirror. I could either get on their schedule a month later or call around to mechanics. Cim assessed the current work load and offered to replace the mirror for me on the spot. This was such an amazing and unexpected offer. I took a seat in the waiting room while Cim got to work. I was SO relieved and grateful to have this done quickly so I could drive safely. Thank you, Cim and Ball Body Shop!

Stopped in with some scratches on my car and Cim took such good care and got all my scratches out. Great Service and will be back!

We brought our car in to get an estimate on some scratches. Cim was available to look at it right away and laid out our options. He was able to buff it out by hand which saved us a lot of time and money. We are so appreciative of Cim and his knowledge and kindness. We highly recommend Cim and Ball Body Shop and would return in the future.

Cim and the staff at Ball Body are top notch. Cim let me watch as he fixed my car leak. Made suggestions on diy maintenance and preventative care. While watching the work Cim was through with no short cuts on the car work. Price is good for what you get and have no issue recommending to friends and family and random people on the internet! Thanks for making this as painless as possible!
