Great body shop. Top notch website makes it easy to start the process. Email after to get the necessary information. Set everything up and finished the job ahead of schedule. Car looks as good as new! Great staff will use them again for sure!

My experience with this place was amazing. First they guarantee all their work for as long as I own the car. Second they sent a text message laying out the entire process and kept amazing communication between me and the insurance company. Third and most important the work they did is OUTSTANDING! They stood by their word the entire time finishing a little early with a tasty treat in the passenger seat upon completion. I highly recommend them for any Tesla repairs.

The best part of getting my car all smashed up was meeting the exemplary staff of Marshal Auto Body. Updates and status of the vehicle through the repair stages was provided. Marshal Auto Body generously loaned a vehicle when the rental claim expired. Almost felt like I bought the car new, twice.

I contacted 9 different Tesla repair centers in the Midwest and Marshall was the only one to immediately know what I needed, be confident they could work with my insurance, and get started on the repair as soon as I brought the car down. I took my tesla to Marshall auto body to repair my dented door. They did a fabulous job on the repairs, and in my opinion, in a fair amount of time. I would recommend any car to be serviced here for their body work.

I've had several cars repaired at Marshalls. All were fairly priced, efficiently performed and stunningly executed. i've recommended Marshalls to friends and Family alike. I was told after calling about an appraisal that I could come in right away. Ryan was welcoming, quick in the assessment of damage, and was easy to work with. He found the claim # from my insurance company in their system right away. Sarah contacted me a few hours later and scheduled me for the repairs the next week. Sarah was polite, informative about the repairs, deductible, and loaner car. I picked up my vehicle days earlier than I thought, and was greeted by Sarah, Ryan, and Andy who had done the repairs. Andy kindly explained what he did, asked if I had any questions, and was also very friendly. All three staff were professional and great to talk with. I highly recommend for excellent repair work, professional staff, and they are pleasant to work with. To top it off, a nice touch to have a container of chocolate chip cookies waiting for me on the passenger seat! I rate the overall experience as a "10."

They made working with insurance a breeze, gave accurate timelines of when I should expect a repair, and had my car in and out of the shop within a week.
