Bill was wonderful to work with. My car's front end was a crumpled mess that they pieced back together beautifully. He was honest about timelines with the many parts that had to be delivered. They detailed it while in the shop and it came back looking and sounding great. They even squeezed it back into the shop when I was hearing an unfamiliar sound days before a high mileage road trip and correctly figured out the non-repair related problem.
