My car’s transmission gave out while I was driving down the interstate 35 minutes north of Madison. Adam went 35 minutes out of Madison to come and help us at the rest area we were stuck at. He made engaging conversation as well as jokes which made me feel better after all that happened. He gave us his card, and took off 2 miles for the towing charge. He let us know that we could use the receipt to be reimbursed via towing insurance as well. Overall, Adam was helpful stand up guy, and treated us like we were good friends. Would recommend Adam got a promotion!

Towing my car twice…… first time I parked at the visitor parking spot at my friends apartment and they towed my car and said I did not parked at the visitor parking spot, I paid $380 to get my car back and ask them for pictures evidence, they said will call me or email me in 3-7days, and I never received anything, I has been more then 3 months 🙄🙄

I recently had a tow from prairieland when I broke down on the interstate. I found the dispatcher Cory to be very friendly and patient and helpful. The driver Jacob was also very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Enjoyed chatting with him on the way home.

My car's alternator died without warning in the middle of driving through Madison, in a spot where I had no safe place to pull over. Prairie Land Towing's driver, Adam, got to my car in about 5 minutes; towed me out of traffic; and then towed me to a repair shop of my choosing. This was hands down the fastest and best roadside service I have ever had. Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super professional. My boyfriends car got towed for helping his friend move from a Madison apartment complex. he was gone for an hour before he noticed his car was gone. First he thought it was stolen but then his friend he was helping there car was towed also. We found out he was one over from the actual space he was suppose to be in to not get towed. But they had no signs. And this tow cause $350 dollars he was charged $145 for special equipment to tow it.

Huge shoutout to Adam who came to our rescue on a busy, rainy Friday night during rush hour traffic in Madison. We had hit a pot hole on University Avenue blowing a hole in our tire.
