Bought a car from these guys and the car started leaking coolant after a week of purchase. Graham auto told me they would not fix my vehicle until the warranty kicks in even though I have only had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks.Tried canceling the warrant I bought from them and it took more than a month to get my money back and that only happens because I filed a complaint with the BBB. If you are a veteran or family member of a veteran don’t support this business, don’t take your car there for repairs or buy a car from them. The front desk lady will tell you any thing to get you to do business with them and when problems happen she would lie to cover up for their business. And Nathan is the most unprofessional so call manager I have ever seen. This guy told me he has 20 seconds to listen to my complaints before I should leave his office.

Dear Zo, Prior to leaving a dishonest 1-star review, we strongly advise taking a moment to reflect inward and consider your own actions. This particular customer purchased a low-priced Mercedes from our dealership, and three weeks later, they informed us about a coolant leak. We promptly diagnosed the issue and informed the customer that we would need to wait three days to apply for warranty coverage. It is a common practice among warranty companies to not allow the filing of the first claim within 30 days of purchase. Despite being informed of this standard procedure, the customer chose to display rudeness and disrespect towards our employees. They decided to take the vehicle home without allowing us to make any necessary repairs. While it is customary for us to provide a brief professional response, we believe in transparency and feel compelled to share the facts of the situation. It is important to note that the customer did not receive a refund solely due to their Better Business Bureau (BBB) review. The refund check was mailed weeks before the review, and we have no control over when a lien holder will cash the refund. Throughout all our interactions and communications, Bakary has consistently shown disrespect and rudeness towards multiple employees when all we have tried to do is go above and beyond to help this customer. Unfortunately, both parties have decided to part ways. We kindly request that any future readers take the time to consider our side of the story.

My engine light went on driving to Milwaukee so I pulled off at Cottage Grove exit. Graham was first repair place I saw. Later that day they called and knew the issue. Parts were ordered and I was able to get a loaner car to use. Due to end of year holidays they needed a week. It was ready when promised.
