Incompetent, dishonest
Very nice people here they've been around for a while and have always done a complete job!
They were very nice and communicative with me, and didn't call me sir so that's bonus points for me haha He got everything patched up and the car works well. The shop person worked with me to find good deals on parts and was kind to my situation. Will be bringing my car back in the future, gladly.

Two stars for doing what they were paid to do. Three stars off for doing something shady. I arrived with my speedometer readout properly set for miles-per-hour. When I left the car had been changed to kilometers-per hour, probably hoping I would panic and immediately return to have it corrected (at what cost?). This setting is deep within the infotainment software so it wasn't "accidently" changed by an errant touch of the controls. They most have used the touch screen because there was a smeared film on it as though it was wiped with a dirty rag to remove fingerprints. This film required 20+ minutes of cleaning with rubbing alcohol to remove the residue.

Skip the dealership ... Get better prices, honest advice, no upsell and stellar service. They know their stuff.
