A little bit high priced but when I brought a tire in that I needed to have fixed that day even though they were backed up and having to schedule things 2 days out they still got my tire within an hour

If i could give this store A "0" I would.. First off I stopped by to see if they had two used tires for our buisness vehicle, and within 5-7 minutes was quickly told they had nothing and could not assist me, So funny because I was warned about this place before by a customer who experienced the same treatment, So I decided to call 15 minutes afterwards to see if after giving my tire info over the phone if I would be told the same thing,it was completely opposite the lady was pleasant looking up the tire chatting with me intermittently as she found the information and set up the appointment for Monday where I experienced the worst treatment and customer service of my entire life, I was overcharged without being advised of the amount of parts that were being ordered meaning the lady came out and said I needed lug nuts replaced to my knowledge I only had one tire missing one of them and the rest on that tire needed replacement however prior to coming to this tire shop I never was told by my mechanic or their staff working on my truck that they were replacing 12 and that it would cost me almost 100 difference, the lady upfront disrespected me by yelling you just don't want to pay your bill amongst other disgusting things as the owner Denise came to the front didn't apologize and watched it unfold I've never been so disrespected in my life,all the way from them not wanting to assist me from the first day I walked in.. I run an organization called Heartz4Humanity and people and establishments like these ones are the ones that we need to watch quickly shift out of our humanity because this treatment and being forced to pay a 217.00 bill after being quoted 134.00 should be a felony.. and I'm truly disgusted at the racism and unprofessionalism that was received and I will make sure they don't get another dime from myself or any people from my organization just passing thru..I'll tell them keep driving...

Valencia, when you came into our shop asking for used tires for your vehicle, we were more than happy to do so despite it not being a usual service. Upon changing your tires, our technician discovered that you were in need of 12 new lug nuts. Our service writer did try to inform you of that price and you told her that "whatever it needs, just do it". We want to extend a sincere apology for not properly communicating the cost of servicing your vehicle in a more clear manner. Our manager did try his best to figure out a solution for you and even offered a lower price. We by no means meant to disrespect you and we apologize that you overheard a conversation from our office about the situation. We would not still be in business servicing our community if we treated our customers poorly.  We hope you’ll give us a chance in the future to provide you with the quality service we’ve always been known for in our community.

My son and I were up west of Ashland for deer hunting. His diesel truck developed a problem that would prevent us from returning home (a 6.5 hr. drive). We were out in the boonies and none of the local mechanics would help us. We even tried the GMC dealership in Ashland. No help. A friend referred us to Zifco and they worked us in right away and helped us resolve the problem. Everyone there went out of their way to help us. Thank you!

Quoted one price came in 3 times hire.!!!!!!!!!yeah don't trust zifko with anything got oil chng a imagine that my transfer case starts to leak!!!! Try it again zifko got proof u did it!
