We broke down at the look out wayside just outside of Mellon. Blew a tire on the camper. My husband got ahold of Russ who said he'd be there within an hour and a half. We sat there with our 3 year old for 2 hours before calling him to see where he was. He wouldn't answer. Never showed up. Never picked up the tires. In that amount of time we could've driven to Ashland ourselves and already had it fixed and back on the road. Thanks for telling a stranded family that they could depend on you and then bailing on them without so much as a phone call or text.

Someone driving an Axis pick up went out of his way to help a young woman from out of town who went into the ditch. He didn't have to stop and help, but he did anyway. He was very helpful and kind.

Dealing with Russ over there at axis tire is not only a pleasure but he’s quick to get things done, and done professionally, brought a tire with a slash in it and it was ready to go before I even had time to pick it up! Highly recommended for quality and speedy work!

Russ over at Axis is very fast and professional, I have had new tires put on a couple times since he has opened. Great prices as well! Best tire shop in the area.
