Be very careful getting a vehicle from here not a nice place to deal with not no what doing too many people involved to many chickens in the hen house

Sep 24, 2023I am sorry Diana that you feel your experience with Excel was not satisfactory. I would like to point out that we did indeed wait 4 days for you to secure financing on a vehicle. During that wait we were unable to confirm that you were approved for your loan. Your approval didnt come until the 5th day , by that time the vehicle was sold. Nor did you put down money to hold the vehicle, but we still held it for 4 days. When we reached out to you to see if there was anymore word on your finamcing , you told us to sell the vehicle if we had to because you didnt know what was going on with your bank. It is not our fault that your financing was secured too late.I pride myself on offering good service and reliable vehicles to people, and treating our customers fairly and with respect.
Still very reasonable rates. Love the customer service 👌 I will keep coming back.

Took my car to Excel for rear wheel bearing, muffler replacement, and rear brakes. After diagnosing my car it was discovered that I need all new wheel bearings and not a muffler but a new flex pipe. There was no pressure to do the other wheel bearings, just recommend to avoid future potential costly repairs. Once the work began on my vehicle Raul informed me that one of the wheel hubs should also be replaced. After having all work completed I was driving home and a drive shift snapped about 15 minutes into my drive down I43 in the snow. ( COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO ANY WORK DONE AT EXCEL )This happened literally as Caira was calling me to see if I was satisfied with the work done. Not only did Caira get a tow truck to me ASAP. Raul and herself came to see if it could be something he could fix on the side of the road to get me going without knowing for sure what the issue was. (Try finding that kind of service and care somewhere else) The next morning Raul and Caira showed up to the shop early to get working on my car seeing as I live 45 miles away. Raul got my car fixed that morning and was thoughtful and diligent throughout the whole process. I have a 45 minute commute to and from work so my vehicle being reliable and safe is obviously very important. Caira and Raul made sure this was going to be the case. Not only did Raul do great work, both he and Caira care about their customers and the quality of work that is done. To top it all off the prices are more than fair. I would definitely 💯 recommend Excel Auto to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

First and foremost, I wanna apologize for calling more than I should have! They did the work that was affordable to me! Without going overboard on unneeded parts. Update! Now damnit I can't say good enough things about these people. They got my car in and fixed it all in a morning. These people are great at what they do.

AMETURES. My engine was COVERED in oil. Either missed the filler hole or didn't put it back on BEFORE starting the engine. I.would NOT recommend this place.

However you messaged my mechanic on Facebook trying to get him to do the service on your vehicle on the side. If you were dissatisfied, why would you try and get him to do work for you? Best Mechanics around! Took our vehicle in that needed a lot of work. Our vehicle is running like new with no issues now. They are fast, friendly and very affordable. They also will make sure you know everything that is going on with the vehicle. They go through everything to make sure it's perfect. They also will not try and upcharge on work that doesn't need to be done. They now have a customer for life and won't trust any other mechanic to work on my vehicles. Would give more stars if I was able too
