I was very happy with Al's Transmission Service. While in town from out of state, my transmission needed repair. Craig and the team were extremely helpful and got me back on the road again promptly. After unexpected further issues, Al's stood by their repair and took care of me and my vehicle from afar, while I was back in my home state, 1,200 miles from Al's. Reputable company with great customer service! Thank you Craig!!
I had a 2004 Chevy 2500HD with some rear end noise. I originally thought it was a different issue. They were able to diagnose and fix the rear end and rebuild it. Luckily when they opened up the rear end there weren't any other issues (ie. Bad axles or gears) just seals and bearings. I would definitely recommend. Great service at a reasonable price, nothing is cheap these days and I think you get what you pay for. Everyone that I talked to there was courteous and easy to talk to. Craig kept me in the loop from initial diagnosis and quote to time to pickup. I will continue to take my vehicles there if I need to get a service done I am unable to do myself.
