Been coming here for several months whenever I was due for an oil change, always had a positive and fair experience. Leaving a note now because they went above and beyond last Tuesday when I pulled in and they looked at a problem I was having with my coolant. Only took about 10 minutes to fix, but if I had waited even another day to get it looked at, I'd probably be replacing my motor. Nice to know there's still places with customer service like this around!

My husband and I have used Nakoma Auto for many years for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They are honest, fast, easy to talk to, nice guys! They are super accommodating when scheduling work, trustworthy and give good advice about how much money to spend on your repairs. they also give advice about buying used cars.

We were visiting from very far away, and our car developed a brake issue and needed an oil change. After calling ~15 shops, the guys at Nokoma Plaza Auto were able to fit our car into their calendar on very short notice. They diagnosed the issue shortly after we dropped the car off. They communicated clearly what needed to be done, and quickly completed the work with quality parts. The shop owner was very helpful, and knowledgeable. The price for all new brakes and labor associated with the work was very reasonable. We were in a total bind, and the guys here really helped us out! I would totally use this shop again if I had the need.

These guys were great to work with. I had an alternator that needed to be replaced and they were able to get me in the next day, and the repair was finished by the end of the day. They are friendly, trustworthy and have fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
