Was in a real bind as my exhaust pipe separated from the muffler and I needed a working vehicle. I called several places and no one could do the work that day. I reached out to Midas and the person on the phone was helpful and understanding and said to me to bring it in right away. Once there, the entire crew was helpful and educated me on the issues and potential costs. As they worked on the car, they gave me tv, coffee and water access to help pass the time. The GM Marc took extra time to chat and make my stay a welcome one. Once the job was completed, the mechanics that did the work took time to show me what exactly they did. As a side note I have another issue with a piece that has broken off from the rocker panel. They took the extra time to look at it, explain the proper fix and provided an estimate. My overall experience was top shelf and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Park st Madison Midas Rick Erce

Really great experience at Midas on Park street in Madison. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy day and get me back on the road in no time. Lucky for me that the problem was simple and they didn’t overcharge me. Very honest shop and it’s where I will be going from now on!

Brought my car in Monday afternoon for headlight/fog light issues and they were fast, efficient, and broke down everything I needed to know. I’m definitely not a car girl and they were honest and fair without upselling me on anything. The customer service i received was a 10/10. Would absolutely recommend!

We got a flat Friday and were able to get in the next day right away. While they were doing inspection on our car they found more issues that could have caused an accident left unchecked. Mark explained things great, helped us figure out what we needed to fix right away, and helped us find a way to pay when money is tight.
