I have been taking my cars here for years. I really appreciate the customer service. Just last month, I called right before closing as we had a brake light and taillight out on our car. Mark was incredibly helpful and was able to get me in before the end of the day. I highly recommend Mark and his crew!

Mark (Mechanic) provided exceptional customer and mechanical service. I had a vehicle emergency and he went above and beyond to add me onto the schedule the same day. When I arrived, he greeted me at the door then took my vehicle into a clear bay asap to get it diagnosed. Furthermore, he repaired it in a timely manner. His price was fair and reasonable. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. I would highly recommend him!

I'm from out of town and was stranded in Madison in an EV without a spare tire to replace my damaged one. Dan at Midas worked me into the schedule, which was already full, ordered my new tire ahead of the tow truck bringing my car in, and got it mounted and balanced in no time at all. Dan was so nice, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile for me. He called several times to check the tire number, provide options for the new tire, and to make sure I was safe. The Midas shop has a nice seating area and was very clean and welcoming. The workers, as they passed through to discuss their work orders, treated each other with respect, which was lovely to observe. Dan treated us with such kindness and understanding, I am so grateful for his service and that of his staff.

Previously, I had taken my car to the Midas on Park Street, and they did a great job with the alignment. That was about 4 months ago. Presently, something was going on with my car that I just couldn't put my finger on. It felt like the alignment but then again suspension and also sometimes a noise like the squealers on brakes. I went in for an alignment again. Joe, the Service Advisor / Manager, listened patiently as I described the previous work that had been done on my car by other mechanics plus the weird things that my car was doing now. He recommended first doing a suspension diagnosis and then an alignment after that if it needed one. I listened to Joe's advice. The mechanic at Midas discovered a screw coming out which held the control arm in place. I was very lucky that the screw didn't come out all of the way. In the end, Midas fixed the screw quickly for me, and my car didn't need an alignment after all. I really appreciate Joe's patience, knowledge and suggestions regarding my car. And the mechanic did a great job. Also, Joe kept me updated at all times regarding the progress of my car and the total cost that I would incur. It can be hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust, so it was a wonderful experience to feel like me and my car were in good hands at this Midas store. Thank you, Park Street Midas.
