Moved to Wisconsin a year ago, was looking for a shop. Glad I found these guys! Issues are always fixed and prices are fair.

The people here are the most kind, understanding and patient people around! They also do quick work once they get the parts in! Will be returning if I ever have any more issues!!

The owner here regularly gives me honest quotes and sometimes even surprises me with a bill that's lower than the quote. I _always_ feel respected here. (I'm a queer, female-presenting person of color obviously from elsewhere, and I have had problems with disrespect at other male-owned auto shops in WI.) Finally, the explanations of what's going on with my vehicle are always crystal-clear, without any kind of mystification. I ask a lot of questions, and the employees here are always patient with me. I feel really lucky to have found a new place to get work done on my aging car.

Great experience- Hansen was highly recommended by a fellow car mechanic. The customer service was beyond friendly and helpful (thanks Tyler). The amount of time they spent on our vehicle issue and working with us for over a week to pinpoint that odd issue - thank you guys so much!! The Mazda is like new again. We will NEVER go back to a dealership shop ever again - we are now Hansen customers for life! 😎

Skilled professionals, and fantastic customer service. I brought my vehicle to Hansen's to diagnose a check engine light. Tyler gave me a call after the problem was diagnosed, and walked me through exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. He answered every question that I had clearly and concisely, and in a way that was easy to understand for someone who does not have a background in engine repairs. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Tyler showed me the part that was replaced, and described in further detail how the problem was diagnosed. He even reminded me that my tabs just expired this month. That was great, because I forgot to renew those damn things! If you are looking for auto repairs in the Madison area, go to Hansen's, you will not be disappointed.
