Great people
I get they're under employed, but I called 6 times, and no one picked up. They don't accept voice mail either so I was forced to go somewhere else.
Best auto shop in town. Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. I go here because I can trust their recommendations & service.
This is my go-to for everything from oil changes to surprise repairs. The customer service is great and I feel really comfortable in the space, which isn’t always true as a woman in an auto shop. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you know what’s happening to your car. Fair prices too! I’ll be a customer here as long as I live in Madison!
Helpful and honest people
Dutch's Auto Service did a great job with a cheap, quick and honest brake repair. They were honest on what needed to be changed and what could wait for the future. The only complaint can be that they only had availabilities a bit over a week out, so just make sure you give a bit of time to take your car in. I brought my car in and the repair itself was quick. I will definitely be coming back if I have an issue in the future.
