As far as I can tell, the service was performed satisfactorily. They were friendly and courteous. I took one star off because I don’t think a tire rotation should take an hour when you have an appointment. They appeared to be over scheduled.

The care of my car and cars of my family members has always been of the highest quality. I appreciate the advice from employees and the honesty, fair prices and thorough checking of the whole vehicle that I can expect each and every time. I’ve been a customer for about 20 years now. My son and I recently had service for both of our vehicles and we were scheduled quickly. Thanks again!

They worked with our budget to get us the tires we needed at a price we could afford. The car was ready in just a few hours. They were wonderful.😄

Been using Capital Tire & Service since about 2008 after moving to Madison and I've never been disappointed with their service. Honest, trustworthy, competitively priced and the highest integrity.
