I have been very happy with the service at Hovlands. Today they went above and beyond when my daughter pulled in with a low tire. They took it off and checked it. There was no damage to the tire. They put it back on and filled it up all at no charge!

I had a windowshield wiper randomly fall off, I drove in - Karen got the correct wiper ordered & delivered and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Can't ask for better local service than that!
We got stranded on vacation 3 hours away from home with 4 little kids and we were so thankful to have found Hovland’s! I called and they were able to get us back on the road within 4 hours. The office staff were amazing, they offered our kids movies and toys and hot chocolate while we waited. We were even able to get lunch at a nearby diner, called Stuff’s (which I recommend also!). Everyone’s positive and welcoming attitude made our unexpected delay a pleasant experience under the circumstances. Hovland’s was a God-sent blessing and we highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you all for superb service, you went above and beyond!!

Very rare now days will you find such great and friendly service at an auto repair shop. What started out as a work offered program to get myself tires has landed me a trusted service provider. THANK YOU for operating such an amazing place Karen!:)

We are up from out of town on vacation. My daughters valve stem rotted off of her front tire. Also seen that her front tires were bald so we found Hovlands. They had 2 used tires for us and got us in right away. Extremely friendly staff! Thank God they are located close to the Dells. I highly suggest going there for service!

We called Hovlands after finding a wheel stud had sheared off and needed to be replaced. I can’t say enough about how fantastic they were. I’m so thankful they were able to get us in right away! The reception area was welcoming and cozy. A much needed respite for a family experiencing unexpected car problems. They truly care about their customers and it shows.
