Great experience, would use them again if we lived closer. Had tire issues on our camper trailer and they were recommended to us by the campground. They were very helpful, reasonably priced and did quality work! We even got our Tahoe tires replaced that's how much we enjoyed working with Karen and their crew. Thanks so much!

They squeezed me in last second to help with a dire situation and did it right, raised awareness of additional issues, and provided solutions that were unbiased to their benefit. Customer service was great. Multiple mechanics and members of management talked through everything with me and were very patient and down to earth with me... not condescending at all like you will run into with some places. 100% would recommend and will be returning with any future issues. From out of state visiting the area and had a flat on my ‘run-flat’ tire. Of course, this was on a Sunday and no spare tire because car manufacturer didn’t provide a spare (or a place for a spare). Was able to limp to where we were staying and started calling around on Monday. 1st tire dealer I called wouldn’t work on run-flats, Hovlands was the next place and they said come on in. They removed the tire and determined the damage was not repairable. So, they installed a ‘loaner’ tire (who provides loaner tires!) - this saved our vacation; we were able to get around and stay on schedule to visit the sites we had planned, didn’t have to try to get a rental car (or the expense of a rental car) - the guys at Hovlands basically made what could have been a miserable vacation week into barely a ripple to our plans. They ordered the tire that day and it was in the next day and they got the new tire installed and we were back in tip top shape. Oh, and they worked us into their schedule without delay on our initial stop and when we came back for the new tire. Just a great bunch that took very good care of a couple from out of state. Highly recommended.

Saved the weekend! We picked up debris and punctured our tire on the way to the Dells. The puncture was bad enough that the tire was going flat every two hours. Hovland's fit us in at the end of the day on Friday so we didn't have to deal with a flat tire during the weekend and driving all the way home on the spare. Thank you so much!
