Always great customer service! Very honest, friendly and accommodating. I have been going to Ness for years and have always had a great experience.

Started out a great job until my check engine light came on and the car had to go back in. Spoke with Craig (owner) and he made the outcome a positive one by ensuring my vehicle was safe as a little lint set off the light unfortunately. I went in for my oil change.

This place is everything that an auto service shop should be. They are easy to work with, communicate well, won’t try to add parts that you don’t need, etc. Several times I’ve asked them, “If this was your car what would you do?” Then they’ve given me very honest answers. On top of all of this, they have loaner vehicles as well. I’d recommend Ness gladly to any needing service on their vehicle!

Great customer service with very detailed 32 point inspection report. They checked things other auto care places have never checked. Very pleased! Will be coming again.

Not having to leave the house is a amazing service. We had our grandkids so we didn't have to load them all up and do the regular dropoff drill. The all point inspection is so helpful and I like to see the report you provide. Keep it up

Ness is always very helpful. This was for my daighters car and there were some safety issues after I got new tires for it. They were very upfront with the issues and worked with us to make the car safe. The final bill was actually less than the estimate. I highly recommend.

I have so much confidence in the work that Ness does, and every employee treats you with kindness and respect. I would always be worried about taking my car in to places because it’s hard to find someone you trust, but now I feel very secure because they treat me and all their customers fairly and honestly and perform great and solid work.
