The customer service was good, everyone I talked to was helpful and explained things to me so I could understand and make a decision about services for my vehicle. Scott really did a great job trying to fix my problem. When I picked up my car, there were greasy fingerprints on the upholstery and the door fabric, which I did not care for.

Been bringing all my vehicles here for years now, and for good reason. Recently was in need of new tires for my vehicle unexpectedly. Scott and the other advisors/technicians went above and beyond to special order a set of tires and fit me in the schedule to get me on the road safely. They are super accommodating, professional and easy to work with. Thank you guys!

I had a routine oil change on my vehicle. They were attentive and on time with the work.
This was my first appt with Ness. Very happy with their service. Friendly and very helpful. Will be back in the future.
Had an older car that needed a ton of work. Jason in service was a great guy to work with and the work was done with care and great parts. I highly recommend Ness for all your auto needs.

Ness is a great place to take your vehicle for service. I went in for an oil change and turns out I also needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter. I really like that they take photos of areas of concern so you can see what needs fixing.

Had trouble with wheel lug but they took care of it and didn’t charge me. Thank you Craig and Ness Auto.
I'm incredibly happy. The repairs my vehicle needed were unique and required discontinued parts. Scott was great! Not only did he do a good job of keeping me updated, but he was also familial and empathetic. My situation was a frustrating one for all involved, and Scott made it all a little less frustrating. Thank you! It's been over a week, and I still smile every time I start up my van.
