My experience with the Bergstrom collision team was excellent. From the moment we brought the car in for an estimate, through scheduling and completing the repairs the process was incredibly easy and simple. The Bergstrom team was great at communicating the process and kept in touch when the process completed. They also completed the work ahead of schedule!

This place went above and beyond. My vehicle was fixed a week earlier than expected and when I went to pick it up, they did a detailed job that blew me away! My car looks brand new on the exterior and interior. They did not have to clean the inside of my car but they did a full detailed cleaning that almost brought me to tears! I'm so thankful for the entire team and will always recommend them. You won't be disappointed!!

All of the staff at Bergstrom's on college Avenue are fabulous. They greet you when you come in the door all staff is smiling and pleasant, Make it feel very welcome. Angela was very professional polite and friendly. Enjoyed a nice chat. Jacob was very very professional very kind and wonderfully friendly. I would recommend Bergstrom to anyone who needs car work done or needs to buy a car they're fabulous people.

The auto body shop was very easy to work with and did amazing work. They were honest and up front about the process of ordering parts and getting the repairs completed. Would recommend them for any auto body needs!
