They are slow like a turtle 🐢 when it comes to repairs and do a sloppy job when finished... Be aware

We felt our work was not adequate and it was better for us to repaint the bumper instead of returning the vehicle to you with subpar work. I have brought my car in here more than once I have Received excellent customer service everything I asked for I received the gentleman who runs the shop is super kind super gentle takes his time. Listens does a great job with his crew and staff my car looks amazing. It was returned to me before the due date Could not recommend more

Heppner’s did a fabulous job repairing my Kia after it was attempted stolen. They were kind and clear in their communication and finished the job quickly. My car looks even better now than when it was dropped off. Although I hope I don’t have to be back anytime soon, this is my new go-to for vehicle damage. Thanks to the whole team!

We Waited months for our repair date, just to have them push us back two months longer, a few days before our repair. Do not trust them.

Damage not covered by insurance. I was OK with a used review mirror and Heppner's was able to find one for my car. I did not get any push-back over my economy choices and the service I received was exactly what I experienced with an insurance covered repair. I was informed of the progress on the repair throughout the process and was contacted that the car was ready for pick-up without delay. I think of Heppner's first when dealing with auto body repairs.
