Don said he was going to send me a email never did or called me ,like I was born yesterday, I didnt like his attitude !!! Is that how you treat a new customer!!

I went to get an estimate. They had me wait for fifteen minutes after my appointment and still nobody came and talked to me.

Hi Ian, after speaking with the shop staff, there was some miscommunication when they were waiting for you to fill out our customer information form. We apologize for the inconvenience the waiting caused you and we are sorry an estimate wasn't completed before you left the shop.

Seriously Amazing!! Every body shop is so busy and overwhelmed right now, so I was worried that my car’s repairs would be a nightmare. But the staff at Heppners did a great job communicating with me and dealing with the insurance company. My car looks great and I’d definitely use Heppners again!

Hepners is a neighborhood body shop in the Lexington-Hamline community in St Paul with friendly, helpful, competent staff. My car required body work repair from a minor accident that caused damage in front. They did great work on the repair, looks brand new and is working great. I had timely updates on the progress from repair staff and work was done when promised. Have always had a good experience at Hepners in the few times I’ve needed body work repair.
