First off when i called for a tow the guy said if you tow it to our shop and we fix vehicle no tow because it was less than 10miles. Then after about a week i called topels to see when they would be getting to my vehicle, they said about a week so we are on 2 weeks so far. Also was told i'd be updated every time vehicle was being looked at, never was and actually didnt hear anything for about a month. I decided enough is enough and called them. The problem was they had the wrong number. Another month goes by hearing nothing only when i called them. Finally vehicle is done 2month+. Not happy about this service or the communication once so ever. Tire visit: ran over a metal stake that had a sign broken off at Lm post office. Tire was gashed and rim was bent ever so slightly. Of course topels says new Tire and rim. $400.00 later I'm back on the road, only to find out a day later I was loosing Tire pressure, so after a week of filling Tire every 2 days I had time and took it back to topels since they replaced Tire and rim. They checked Tire and said nothings wrong with it but we did repeat the valve stem. Guess what, another 2 days and I'm loosing pressure, call them and make an appointment yet again, (do you see the pattern here) this appointment they found a "industrial staple" huh, all of the sudden they found a foreign object. When really my cycle on filling the Tire every 2 days since they replaced Tire and rim originally was and should have been on them but since I didn't have time to make another appointment immediately I just kept refilling it because there's a kwik trip FREE air on every corner so that's what I did. So they say it can't be patched because it's close to outer wall and I'd have to buy a new Tire. After 3-4 appointments this is what they say. Well I just called my buddies at berts Tire in crick and wouldn't ya no, it was a paper clip like metal a inch and a half long, berts patched it and I've been driving for 4 days now for $20.00. Topels should never have put a Tire on with a foreign object on and they should have never pointed the finger at the customer just because I do construction and I ran something over. My conclusion is very easy, the Tire never held air since I left there lot with original replacement. I would be careful as it's very simple to see they need to pay off there bill for expansion. Money hungry and talk well but facts are facts. Lost my family and friends as a customer!
