Had my car serviced, new battery, and new windshield wipers taken care of today. They actually got me in nearly a week early. So, prompt, friendly, and great work. Very honest .

It was great I could get in at the last minute but, bottom line is. From the get go I’m being sold on things before what I want or need is established. I went anyhow being curious about some funny tire wear. I said 2 or 3 times just to give it look. Next I know I’m paying for an alignment I didn’t want nor needed at the time.

This auto shop will probably be the one and only I’ll ever go to for my basic repairs. If they can do it, I’ll pick them each and every time. Ever since I’ve had a car and license I have been going to them and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. They’ve not only had my car done in a reasonable time frame, but also managed to jump through obstacles they did not plan for. On top of that, they’ve always treated me with respect, and the quotes they gave me prior to the day of repair, had always been consistent to the amount I were to pay when everything was said and done. 10/10 I will recommend to anyone that gives a damn to listen. I haven’t owned a vehicle in a few years, so I didn’t have a “go to” auto mechanic. When I had an issue with my new-to-me 23 yr old pickup truck, every person I asked recommended Ryan’s (over other places in town). I received friendly & prompt service. I also want to add that as a single woman, I worry about being ripped off when it comes to things of this nature. Dave was respectful and honest. That means a lot in today’s world.
