Needed a key. I was told they had one in stock, but still needed to make an appointment, not a problem. I was told it would be $200 Asked if I could pay now as I had the cash on me, I was told I had to pay at time of service. Okay, no big deal. Wife goes to get the new key and suddenly the price is closer to $300. Now they added a bunch of charges that no one ever said anything about. Price shouldn't change based on who the customer is.
