My vehicle was supposed to be picked up early for an oil change as well as to figure out why my navigation and media screen cuts in and out. They arrived late, couldn’t find the error with the media screen, but did return my vehicle quickly and also washed it. The young man that picked up my vehicle was very apologetic unlike my service agent. He made a bad experience great!
