The rudest people. They all need to be educated on customer relations. To save 5 bucks not worth it.
The plymouth wi auto center is the best. They made time for me on the weekends when other locations were strictly by appointment only
Rude auto department. I was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I was able to show confirmation of my appt. Then told to bring my car at my appt time but they wouldn’t touch my car and I’d be waiting over 8 hours. Worst experience ever. Why would I want to bring my car to be serviced here if I’m being treaded so poorly.
Had an oil change service done,went well.
Decent auto center. Worth to check for discounts. I was able to get tires I was looking for at a significant discount. Just be prepared… the email confirmation contained a bar code or the appointment that the store had no idea what to do with. They requested an enormous amount of detail about the car which had no bearing on the tires (which had been pre-ordered). The staff is pleasant, but the administrative burden placed on them borders on obnoxious. Still, considering the value, I’d probably suffer thru it again.
