They were very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. And, I have no doubt that they did good work on my car. They originally quoted me around 1300 for repairs but then fixed my car sooner and told me that it turned out I wouldn’t need one of the parts- so it would be less than originally quoted. However my car’s check engine light came back on immediately after leaving the shop and it turned out that I still needed the part. I didn’t mind at first, as they were very easy to communicate with and got my car back in to the shop the very next day, though I ended up paying more than the original amount they quoted me (it ended up being around $1500) They did good work on the car, they were nice folks, but I ended up paying more than necessary and wasting some extra time out of my week.
The crew here is awesome!!! They are courteous and transparent with pricing. They are fast and efficient. I will continue to take my vehicles here!!
They are very upfront about prices they go the extra mile
My son needed repairs on the air conditioning and exhaust sensors on his older (2008) truck. Doug's crew properly diagnosed the necessary repairs, provided an accurate estimate upfront & completed the work fast. They did excellent work. We would recommend them to all of our family & friends
Very honest. Does not take advantage of women with prices
Great service, could use a comfortable chair for waiting but that's a small price to pay for timely repairs. I just walked across the street to Dairy Queen
