Chris and Ryan always listen to me and never disrespect or disregard my concerns. Given that I’m an older woman I have never felt that they have taken advantage of me, but quite the opposite do their best to make sure when I drive away my car is safe and given the intention it needs. I value their honesty and integrity in all our interactions.

2nd post: Turns out they possibly missed lubing/greasing new tires for install. Tires were dry and 1 ended popping. Oddly not covered by warranty. Offered a new tire for over $200, after spending over $800 for a whole set. Got a brand new one put on somewhere else for $150. All this changed my opinion on them, going from 5 to 3 star. 3 star only cause they didn't mess up my oil change or would been 2 star. It's not in everyone's budget to go buy $800 tires & they not last & just pay another $200 like it's no deal. Original/first post:Called them up for new tires for a 2014 BMW X1. Scheduled and got us in fairly quick. Good pricing for tires and service. 4 set all weather (65kmi) tire for AWD/just under $900 included labor & disposal as well. Guys were friendly, informed us some concerns. Did not try to force more purchases on us. Work was done in a few hours and all seems to be working as should. Would recommend.

The reason why the tire failed was because there was an object in the sidewall, not because we failed to lube the tire. Unfortunately tires are rubber and can be punctured. That is not a fault of ours or the tire. It would be similar to if you purchased a phone but dropped it and it cracked. The fault is not the product, the situation is to blame. We offered you the same exact tire for $200, we do have other options for cheaper but then your tires wouldn't match.
