Alignment service was great, pretty quick, and the car doesn’t shake on the highway anymore. I was sad you don’t give out the little spec sheet with the alignment details, I always liked looking at those, but no big deal. Thank you for doing good work! Update: Got the spec sheet, and the service tech found an issue that was missed during the initial alignment, so they made additional adjustments at no charge (as they should have). I’m pleased they admitted to finding the additional issues and did the right thing by fixing them. Overall I’m happy with the service, but would recommend adding a step to your process to have a tech go over the results with the customer so there are no questions later.

We've used ATF for many years, and they've always been good to us. They're honest, and when a serious issue arises they got us in right away to look at it. They let us know exactly what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.
