Outstanding quality of customer service and the work done on my car. Also, I appreciate your technician looking at my car and making recommendations for work to be done at a future date.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. If some needed to get done they called and let me know first. Very happy with my experience with you guys.

Not impressed. I brought my car in for a bad wheel bearing. They said it wasn't that. Gave a few suggestions. Had those addressed. Was still acting up. Brought it back after getting a second opinion. Was told my abs censor was damaged due to the bad bearing that was misdiagnosed by them. Wasn't willing to take responsibility for that and I had to pay full price for there incompetence. Won't be returning.

Took our van in to them for the first time to have our ac fixed. They also did an oil change and changed our air filter. They really worked with us and were very professional! Overall, great experience!!!

Stopped by on 8/11 Friday ,the owner John was there (they are closed on Fridays) told him I have a wire hanging down in front of my car, he stopped what he was doing and came outside to look , he said it's the ambient temperature sensor. He was able to find where it plugs in and fixed it at no charge. Thanks John

Got us in same day. Did a pressure test on cooling system. Found leak in bottom fins of the radiator Replaced my radiator, oil change and transmission change. Couldn't have been more satisfied with their ability to squeeze it in troubleshoot it quickly and repair everything in the same day. Thanks again.

I started coming to Northside Auto a year ago because my other mechanic didn't offer a place to wait, no loaner, an no way to get a loan for anything major. The owner here is awesome, people are great an they have you back on the road in a day unless it's a major job then the next day. They send you pictures of what is being done an text you to follow up. Can't say enough about this place!!!

They were able to get me in same day to fix my tire and since I was there changed my oil. Always great and friendly service!
