This place is an absolute joke. Unprofessional staff, try to extract as much money as possible from clients, pretty much a scam shop. If you aren't knowledgeable about vehicles they will try and rip you off. 0/5 I'd rather walk than take my car there ever again.

They helped us located things wrong that we didn't even notice. My car drives around curves and on/off ramps so much better, and I can't wait to get everything else repaired. Great service, great customer service, thanks guys!

They had my vehicle for a full day or so, and I got a call saying that they won't be able to work on it. Ok.... no problem. They tell me they close in 2 hours but I'm in madison. I tell them please leave the keys in car because i use my vehicle for work. I get there and no keys and now it the weekend and have no way to get in touch with them... idk SMH. This is a massive headache!

Dec 23, 2023Hey Alex, we're very sorry about the mistake on our end of not leaving the keys in your console. When you called us that your keys were not in your console, we offered to meet you immediately at the shop both Saturday and Sunday and you refused and wanted to wait until Monday. Again, we apologize for not leaving the keys where you had asked us to.
Had them diagnose where the oil leak was coming from and told them the area it was coming from. They originally told me it would around $60 they charged me double that. Then when I picked my vehicle up the hood would not open which it opened fine when I dropped it off. Just not professional. Wouldn't recommend them.
