Tom and the guys were amazing! My car was running hot so I had a coolant flush done along with an oil change and problem solved! We use their service through work, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Within a few hours the car was done and running better than ever. 100% recommend! I'm only going here from now on.

I've been using Lightning for about 4 years now. It started when my son purchased a car there and we have continued to use their services for repairs. Jerry and Tom have great communication, are personable, and professional. They go out of the way to make sure I understand the work being performed. My son's Jetta had a check engine light on. We took it in. They could have done the work but rather contacted Volkswagen and found the work was covered under a recall. They acted as a liaison to make sure the work was done properly and at no expensive. It's rare to find that level of integrity. I drive just over 30 minutes to have all three of my vehicles service at Lighting Auto Care. ********************************************* ADD-ON 01/14/2023 Last month I took my 1977 Blazer to Lighting Auto to have them give it the once-over. As usual, they did not disappoint. They took their time to get it right and it now runs like a champ. Not many vehicles of that age can start on cold winter mornings they way that truck does now. Pump the gas once to set the choke and it turns over 1 few times and fire right up. As may son put it 'It's good to have sh*t that works.' And that's thanks to Jerry, Tom and the guys at Lighting auto.

We were on our way to Springfield Illinois having traveled from White Pine Michigan and having break problems when we called Lightning Auto Care Center. They did not have time to get us in but after hearing our story they helped us get back on the road with minimal cost and safety in mind. I would definitely recommend them any time for maintenance and emergencies.

Top rate, speedy and professional! I was getting ready to leave for my grandmother's funeral when I discovered my van would not start. I called Lightning for a jump start. Although it was Monday morning, I asked if there was any way they could rush it so could get to the funeral. They arrived 15 minutes later and got it started in no time. The driver was super nice and professional. I then took my van to the Lightning service garage and they again, were able to fit me in right away to replace my battery. They even checked my tires and topped off the air. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road quickly! I would recommend and will definitely use their service again.
