Took my truck here for insurance claim. Lots of parts were generic that went back on and I still have a radiator leak coming from somewhere. Stay away from here!! For the money they received for fixing it I could have done it myself for half the price with original parts. The communication from them about completion date and updates were also non existent.

I had tapped a Buck after 3 doe ran in front of me back in October during that down pour on a Mon. evening... Scott was awesome and took very good care of the repairs, the car looked brand new.. Unfortunately while parked at a grocery store someone had hit the right side fender and left paint on the bumper..I had the car for a few weeks and that happened.. So once again I called on Pischke spoke to Scott again.. Took it in for the evaluation and once again Scott handled every detail professionally... Angie took care of me when I dropped the car off, I'm overly confident the car will be amazing.. Thank you to all of the employees at Pischke Collision Center...

Customer service was awful I had to call multiple times to check on my car. Was given many different done dates and was constantly inconvenienced. I was paying through insurance and they were having a hard time reaching them as well.When I was picking up my car the guys in the back were talking about other coworkers while using dormitory terms. 0/10 for professionalism.
