Steven was very helpful and friendly. He arrived fast and got my car loaded quickly. When i called the shop and they informed me they could not take my car he quickly rerouted us to an alternative shop. It was a very pleasant experience.

Not reliable at allAfter waiting two and a half hours and being frustrated they said I had I was hostile and they would not send anybody

Jun 24, 2023David, While I can appreciate your frustration in waiting for AAA for the length of time you were, our dispatcher called you to get some further information about your breakdown as very limited information was provided with your AAA request. We are not the primary provider in that area, and called you immediately upon receiving this backup request. It is very clear you were very angry; however, this anger is misdirected when speaking with someone who is trying to help. Please address your issue with AAA, I have already alerted my field representative to this issue.

I just want to give a shout out to the young man who towed my sons car this morning from our driveway - he was prompt, friendly and efficient. He even remembered that he had been to our house another time, picking up a different vehicle. Thanks!

Excellent service both drive & dispatch!
The owner is a great guy and helped me out in a pinch with my semi. There's good honest mechanics left in this world yet and he's one of them.
I called for a random towing question, relayed the car problem, Steve came over within the hour to fix the issue without the need for a tow. Thanks!
