Had tires put on. The staff is very helpful. Then a month later the tire was leaking brought it in they replaced it no charge under the tire warranty

I had a tire losing air. They found it was a screw in the sidewall of the tire, meaning it's not repairable. They didn't have that size, so they couldn't do much. (I have a Hyundai Kona, and it doesn't come with a spare, just a can of stop leak!) They put more air in and didn't charge me anything for their time! I've only been there a couple of times, not for anything big, so it's not like I'm a big, great customer. I want to add that this is a newer tire with road hazard protection that I bought at a Firestone. But I couldn't get the car into that place for a few days. So I didn't order a tire from Richfield Service. Bottom line, this is my go-to shop for any car repairs. They have a nice, clean waiting area with a Keurig coffee maker - not some sale coffee in a pot!

Prompt and courteous service writers. I was kept updated on progress and options to meet budget repair needs. Vehicle was returned clean and when promised. The work performed was very high quality with great parts. The inspection was very helpful. I suggest going to Richfield Service and will be returning for my next service!

I’m from Chicago and my van broke down in Germantown WI. A guy in the store i was shopping at suggested Richfield Service. I first tried to call my Allstate roadside assistance with a wait of 2 hrs! So i called Richfield. They let me know they were booked. They could tow me but only a slight chance they would be able to get to me that day. Not alot of options so i took a chance.Within 15 minutes! the tow driver came and REALLY gave a valiant effort to get the van started right there! However i needed to be towed back to the shop. They again let me know they might not be able to get to me that afternoon but feel free to hang out in the waiting area—-coffee and tea bar!!! They even lent me a plug to charge my phone. Since i’m from Chicago i expected i’d have to get a room somewhere for the night....dread! Then i hear ‘Rod we got your van started’ !! And the whole ordeal for UNDER $100!!!!! What!?? Can’t say enough good things about everyone i encountered here!! Very friendly (especially the tow driver don’t remember his name). I was back home in Chicago by 4:30pm!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I had my 4x4 service done at Richfield Service which included front and rear differential, transfer case and transmission fluid exchange. They did amazing work and truck drives better than ever before. I’m happy to post publicly and highly recommend these guys. Bottom line is you can trust these guys!

Very very very solid service and hands down sales man ARE not con man but they work on BMWS I delt with joey solid leaving Goodyear tires unlimited Port Washington WI these guys get my business thanks joey!

Went for an emissions test and Nick noticed an issue with my brakes. Nick, Sean and Joey got my vehicle in and out same day. The repairs were explained to me n full. Nick was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend Richfield Service!!! Annette Durr
