Took my box truck in to get a few thing checked out. I explained the noise I was hearing and also wanted a tune up and some my rear lights repaired. They diagnosed it and said I needed to replace my rear end and brakes and quoted me $8000 but didn’t bother to do any of the other work I needed done. Seemed like their main focus was the expensive repair. They said they drained the fluid and it was metallic but it was at there shop for 5 days. It was a waste of time and money.

Feb 24, 2024Thank you Amanda for reviewing Richfield Service Inc. I sorry we were not clear about the repairs needed to repair your truck. However there were many items both talked about and listed on our vehicle inspection. It is correct the differential does need an overhaul and the rear brakes were improperly installed with the last service. The rear lights need replacing and wires repaired. The water pump is leaking, and we didn't see when the engine was tuned last. But as we did our diagnostic, we could see that if there was a running problem it was NOT from the engine tune up. At this point you could have advised our team what repair you wanted to proceed with. You choose to pick up the truck and not repair the broken items. I apologize, we should have been more forward and ask if there were a repair or two you would like to take care of while you were here?
I would just like to express how grateful I am for this place. You gained yourself a loyal customer. I usually go in for oil changes or my brakes, but this time it was my seat. The whole staff and crew helped me out. I’d like to especially shout out zack/Zach, the lady that is around 5 foot, and the brunette guy at the front desk that always helps me out and gets me in my appointments. You guys went above and beyond and made me feel not alone, and managed to fix the issue with my power seat not moving. I could not thank you guys enough, every time I’m in there everyone makes me feel like family and your patience and concern is very welcoming. I just wanted to thank everyone again for going through the troubles and making me feel included, you guys are the best!

Richfield Service has consistently been a quality mechanic. They are honest and provided excellent service with reasonable shop rates. I highly recommend their services.

The best of the best!!! Will not take our vehicles anywhere else! The guys (especially Joey) are great to deal with and the work done is always dead-on and reasonably priced.

Their team is incredible and I would recommend them to anyone. They took care of towing, and fixing our vehicle and getting us back on the road in a hurry while being incredibly accommodating the entire time. Thank you to all the team members that contributed.
