Rick and his crew always come thru.
Other shops in the area wouldn’t work on it! Rick said no problem about doing brakes on my 2014 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 with over 600,000 miles. Did it on the appointed day. Picked it up in the evening, went home and looked at what he did. Excellent job! Rick is very personable. I am very pleased and know where I will go next time!

Did not notice a problem with the car when doing oil changes. Have another mechanic look at it when I notice something was wrong. Ended up costing me thousands in repairs which could have been much cheaper if taken care of sooner. There was actually yellow fluid in the inside of the oil cap.Very noticeable. The other mechanic informed me that there should have been noticed at previous oil change.

Mar 24, 2024This is the first we have even heard of this complaint and never called to let us address this issue. The last time this car was in shop was 7/18/23, middle of last summer. That being said, this moisture build up I see on the oil cap happens in cold weather and indicates an issue with PCV system or from short trips. Yes GM cars have issues with this, but there was no indication of this last July when Temps were in the 90's. Not sure we could of seen this coming at that time.
Very fast and friendly service so happy to have this place in our community
