My gosh! Where do I start! I am beyond Thankful for the Caliber Team from start to finish! I never had to go through anything like this before an they guided me along each step. Starting with Sue, she was so warm, welcoming and definitely comforted me each conversation I had with her. Big Jimmy! You’re a hero! I can not thank you enough for working behind the scenes doing all you did! And most of all dealing with all the tears I cried. Tony!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Behind the scenes as well but doing an impeccable job! Nate the painter!! Behind the scenes as well but never forgotten, Thank You so much!! Last but NOT least, Little Jimmy(Nathen) YOU ARE SUCH A HARDWORKING INDIVIDUAL!! You literally have been by my side the entire time and for that alone I can not THANK YOU enough! My car inside and out is immaculate!!! You are absolutely amazing!!!!! To the entire Franklin Caliber family, I do not want to say thank you again because that is so repetitive but THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! This was a grueling experience but with all of you on my side, just made me feel I was going to be taken care of. Which that I was. Highly recommended!!!!

Caliber did a great job on my Buick. It was done early and beautifully and Harry and Sue are good people and easy to work with. I would truly recommend them to anyone who needs a body shop!
