Tim and his team did a great job. My car got hit in a parking garage and I went to Peterson for a quote. Tim’s review for the estimate took minutes and his quote was reasonable. Scheduling the repair was very easy. He let me know when my car was complete and ready for pickup. They even washed it. Would recommend anyone in South East Wisconsin consider Peterson for body work.

Fantastic place! Tim and his crew have done four different repairs for us over the years and we could not be happier. The car interior gets back to us cleaner than what it was when we dropped it off. Amazing attention to detail! You wouldn’t even know that our car was in an accident. Very kind, too. I cannot recommend them more. I am usually a hard-to-please customer, but Peterson’s Auto has exceeded expectations every time.

I have an older car that needed TLC replacing the side trim. They provided a loaner and worked quickly to get it done. My car looked better than new when I got it back. Everyone is very friendly too!

Brought one of the company vans to get a quote. The guy said that it was snowing and couldn't take a good look at the vehicle. I called a few days later to see if I could bring it in again. He said that it was still snowing in the area and to try a different day. I don't see why they couldn't bring the van inside and wipe away any slush/snow. Will be trying a different body shop.

I took my car in a few times to Tim and his crew, but I do have to say they are extremely rude. Not helpful at all and also show no respect when something inconvenient happens. Today for example, I was supposed to have my car look at as scheduled, and he refused to look at it simply because the weather wasn't pleasant. Tim also used foul language including the F word because I wanted my car look at as scheduled. Both him and his wife are bad, and I do not recommend taking your car to them. Very crabby and rude people.

I had a string of bad luck and had not one but three different auto body repairs/painting done at Petersen's. I experienced an extremely welcoming environment and top notch service. I never even had to interact with my insurance. The repairs looked amazing and the customer care was beyond reproach. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Honest, kind, flexible, easy to work with team. Great work on my vehicle with a fast turnaround time. Not to mention a courtesy vehicle for the interim. 10/10 recommend.
