Very clean, quick and very polite.
I have had a long lasting problem with my BMW, and one shop I went to kept saying it was different things every time they looked at it. I got referred to MSI, and the guy fixed the problem in 5 minutes without me even having an appointment. They are very quick, honest, and friendly. I will definitely be going back!
Thanks for there help, I'm able to move forward in my goals of having a working vehicle. Gerber collision drop the ball and are washing there hands of any further responsibility. They are not owning up to there mistakes or honoring there warranty.
I had an issue with my car not starting 2pm today July 3rd and no dealership or repair shop would take me in a day before the holiday. I called MSI and not only were they able to get me in they fixed my issue and got me on my way @ before they closed if there were more than 5 stars this shop would get all if them and more! Great people, great services, and great price!

Unfortunately while driving yesterday I got a nail in my tire. I stopped in at MSI Auto Repair and they addressed it quickly and didn't want to charge me anything. I would definitely recommend their services for automotive repairs.
